We arrived to the condo and the security guard insisted we provide the exact condo number. We provided all of the information Orbitz provided us and there was a lot of confusion. "This property is as represented in the listing, in a gated community, safe and clean. We had 10 family members, ages 12 through adult, and fit very comfortably in the villa. The beach was lovely and only a short walk down from the villa. It was very suitable for our teenage children, who loved the waves. The beach is a bit rocky (the villa had 4 beach chairs, which was nice), so recommend bringing water shoes. I highly recommend using the chef services. We had two meals prepared a day for 10...

She made sure to make sure the gate to the residence was unlocked each morning and locked each evening so we could come and go when we chose and feel safe while there. "Set up for kids in the snack bar around the kids pool. Very accessible for children's food and for sure the hotel knows kids food preferences!! Front desk staff very kind and helpful with all questions! Pier 8 restaurant was excellent, service, food! Loved it! The room was very clean and housekeeping service kept organized and changed towels everyday!! Buffet was not as expected for this 5 star-4 diamonds hotel and staff service at the buffet was not as good as beach and pool service. Buffet can improve service. Still, Moon Palace Jamaica was a dream that came true!! Thank you!"
