"The room and bathroom were relatively small but worked for us. We did not like the hot tubs and they were not warm enough, only 38C. Sauna was ok. We enjoyed the breakfast, good selection and good coffee."

"This is the 3rd year in a row that we have visited which soeak for itself. This is an absolute gem and we were lucky to see the Nothern Lights 2 days in a row from the hot tub. The only things that would make it even better is if the outside lights were on a sensor so that you can enjoy the lights even more. "The setting in the mountains was beautiful. While the room was adorable, quite unique, the beam in the ceiling of the room was quite low. I hit my head on it a few times!"

"Parking was a challenge. I love that the apartment sits right outside the main strip with great bars, shopping and restaurants within walking distance. However, the locals and tourists party until 2AM so noise was definitely an issue when trying to sleep. However, the noise was not a deal breaker and would definitely stay at this property on my next visit. "

"We were here in October 2017. Hotel was nice, had a shared kitchen that we didn't use. Can walk to a few restaurants nearby. There was a hot tub that was shared as well. We only stayed one night so we didn't try it out. It was a little difficult to find the place, and once we did we weren't sure about the parking situation. But we figured it out. The place was nice and clean. Would stay here again."

"A fantastic place to stay, and a brilliant base for the sights of south Iceland. Friendly staff and the room itself had everything you could need for the price, plus a little bit more. Had to use the spare duvet as a pillow, as I like a firm pillow, but that's more personal preference."
