"This was my absolute favorite stay on the ring road! I wasn’t expecting much, just by the description and the few reviews that I read, but we really enjoyed the whole property. Check in was easy and they showed us around the property a bit before showing us to our room. The room we had was clean and comfortable. "We were very comfortable in this beautiful home outside of Borgarnes. Away from the city lights, we were able to relax and enjoy the northern lights from the comfort of the hot tub! The home is in a great location for exploring the Snaefellsnes Peninsula and is well appointed with everything we needed! The hosts are very responsive and communicated promptly when I had a question. Would come back and stay in this lovely home!"

"Amazing home, modern and well kept, with stunning views of the mountains and a great place for viewing the aurora borealis. A beautiful deck and hot tub, and a cute guest house with half bath a bit separate from the main house. A fireplace in the living room was very cozy. There were kids games and toys for different ages. Plenty of linens and towels provided, and the host was helpful and communicative, with easy arrival, check-in and check-out. "Restaurant staff was abysmal. Restaurant was nearly empty, there were 3 waitstaff. We had to ask for our drinks AFTER the food had arrived. It still took nearly 10 minutes to receive our drinks. And we could see the staff standing around talking!"
