"I loved the location of hotel, building architecture, insulation, big room, electrical outlets and USB charging, keyless doors, cleanliness, great breakfast, convenient bar at 7-10 pm. But the absence of staff and reception counter was very weird and impersonal. Hard to get quick, verbal information. One friendly human person at counter would have made a great difference. Parking spaces were too few. Arrangements by Oddsson could have been made with the commercial lot next door (at Pizza place) to allow hotel clients to park cars there at night. That parking lot is mostly empty at night and is a waste. I would have paid a nominal fee (I repeat: "nominal") to park there. "
