"A nice hotel centrally located making it perfect for a stay in southampton. The king room felt spacious and the bed was comfy. The gym had plenty to help me burn off a little bit of the breakfast buffet, which was fresh, tasty and gad plenty of variety. The Pool was nice and warm. Would stay here again"

"It’s a budget hotel. Very basic, amenities just toilet paper roll and body towels and soaps. Staff are friendly. The room is clean. "

"Reception staff and waitress at breakfast were excellent. Great breakfast, room clean and good value for money. Great location. Down side, no rose wine (had run out) and came back for nightcap and coffee (before 10pm) but told no coffee available as machine switched off. Would have expected these things to be available on a Saturday night. Nevertheless would recommend and would go back."

"It has a convenient location close to the central station. But there’s no accessible microwave even though they have dining area so we had to have cold dinner, and the McDonald around also doesn’t open to walk-ins all day long as they advertised."

"The rooms were very nice, the staff were extremely accommodating, going out of their way to be helpful. Breakfast was ok. The breakfast room is nice but there were some issues with replenishment of items in busy times. On check out there were some confusions about what had already been paid for via Expedia. It took a little while to sort out. "
