"Hotel is tired and needs some attention on paintwork Room was not clean , bits on the carpet , cobwebs , no mattress cover just 1 sheet over bare mattress Had run out of vinegar at meal time Mainly all staff were friendly and very good with my disabled daughter "

"Lovely hotel and Spa, very clean and welcoming with a lovely restaurant. Only reason why it scored low on facilities was because of the planned refurbishment of the pool area, which we knew about after booking but didn’t put us off. Would definitely stay again and would look forward to seeing the refurbished pool area next time over a lovely place to stay"

"The staff were lovely, the beds were super comfortable and the room was a decent size. It was a little cold especially in the bathroom. Kids were running in the halls at 6am - not necessarily the hotels fault. "

"It was quiet as Christmas but the hotel was lovely. The pool etc was lovely the restaurant was great. We had a drink at night and that was very silent. Could do with some music. There was a fan of coke and a kitkat in our room which was great but there was 3 of us and could have 4 in the room so maybe it wasn’t restocked or meant to be in there? I don’t know "

"Free parking nice staff and nice clean room breakfast and dinner was nice the only thing let down was the 2 pillows given were too big not comfortable need improving on different pillow sizes and give 4 sizes didn't sleep good at all."
