"For the second time in the span of 3 weeks they mixed up the keys for self-check-in so after taking a bus, the tube, a train and a cab to get there, I wasn't able to check in. I had to wait by the door with my luggage until someone from ESA brought the spare key. After 20-30 minutes someone let me in the apartment but wouldn't let me keep the key so I was stuck in the apartment for another hour or so until they brought the correct keys. "Great position in Newbury, very close to the main shopping street. Parking nearby was cheaper than onsite so we used that. Entry was easy with good instructions. It was very warm inside, we had to open the windows and turn off the heating. Nice and quiet in the building, we hardly saw or heard anyone else. Everything you needed for a short break was supplied. "

"Pleasant stay, found the bed far too firm and so had an unsettled nights sleep. Otherwise all amenities were perfectly fine. Nice breakfast. "
