"This property is not what it is advertised as — it is a rooming house in a middle-class neighborhood. It is not a charming English inn. Outside are is run-down. Given the lack of a true reception/office and staff on the property, it is questionable as to whether they truly are running a legitimate business. Felt very unsafe and left."

"One night stay prior to getting Cruise from Southampton, comfortable beds, good shower , good size bathroom. Room a bit tired looking could do with a makeover, carpet very stained . Room clean enough. Would have been nice to been provided with Biscuits on the courtesy tray. Ate in last night very basic choice but was tasty. Good Breakfast lots of choices. "

"An unexpectedly better than average stay and very good value for money. The room was larger than average with a comfortable bed and enjoyed a quiet night's sleep 😊 The breakfast was well worth £10.50pp, cooked to order and delicious. And have to mention the waitresses who were particularly pleasant, efficient and helpful. Would certainly recommend. "

"I didn't like the starkness of the room, but it served a purpose, unfortunately i was woken at 3.30am by noisy guests!!"
