"Great property Coco beach is in a quiet area n is far from the shopping area so you will need a golf cart to get back and forth Parking is free My vip upgraded room was huge Swim up bar n pool with slide was always clean Only complaint i would say is that the whole resort is covered with sand So whatever footwear you are wearing to get in n out of your room be prepared for sand to be in it "

Complaint was new rood being put on with banging starting 7am until after 5pm.. management said work was not supposed to start til after 9-1 but i was there the 27th - they should have moved everyone to sunbreeze suite. But they did comp me for one night ."

"Our stay was excellent! Requests made in advance for services and a special birthday surprise were all easily accommodated. The bartender/waiter became our best friend by the end of the trip. The food? Chef's kiss! Every single meal was either delightful or delicious. Every staff member we met was incredibly friendly. We were the only guests on the island, and everyone still made it special. It was completely safe and relaxing. A tip for drinkers: We supplemented our liquor from the airport...

"This was a cute small hotel near downtown San Pedro. It was convenient for walking to a number of bars and restaurants. We liked our room and the facilities. Our main issue was with the bar. It attracted locals who used the hotel pool and sitting area for their personal parties. This was due to the bar being tiny. The atmosphere took away from the hotel. The bar staff were all very nice just like the hotel staff but they love to party so keep that in mind when booking."

"We enjoyed our time at the property and I personally would live there at the property. :-) The only things that drove me crazy was the grime and rust around the sink and all the mosquitos in the area. Couldn't enjoy the pool because the bugs kept on biting. You are literally attacked by them as soon as you walk out the door. Couldn't swim at the beach because of the seaweed, but there were people attempting to clean it up but you cant control the sea. Also, the location of the property is...

"Everything ample; not fancy, had one bedroom oceanfronting unit: view partially over NautiCrab bar and its activities: bar quieted and closed, like many around 9PM-ish. Happy hour(s) start early in San Pedro! Note: travel was during slower pre-season month. Beach piled with sargassum - not pleasant to sit on or adjacent to. Location In NE area of town, dedicated parking area for golf cart. Food shops, restaurants and pop-up food galore- bar entertainment close-by; theres a few options....
