"Our room was very spacious and clean; bed was comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly. There is a nice upper porch with chairs although they are right in front of other rooms so you could be disturbing others if you are out there. Staff carried my luggage up the steps. A light breakfast of bread, peanut butter, jelly, fresh fruit and brewed coffee and tea were provided. It is located on a busy street with many choices for dining with a bar just on the corner. "

"The familt thst run the property are not the owners. Very nice family however we did not get the room that we booked. We were told we had to have the basic room rsther than the superior room we chose as thw owner had not setup the Expedia system corectly. Hence the price we paid was only for the basic room. They need to sort this out as would have stayed elsewhere had we known. "

"Lovely family running the Inn. Nicely appointed room though very small and no chair to sit in (in the room). My only big complaint was that the owners dogs barked forever (2hrs) one night and again the following night though for shorter time. I had to put on headphones to hear my tv show one drown out the barking. "

"The listing for this property was incorrect. What we thought we were getting was 3 queen beds with 2 bathrooms. "The house was perfect for our family of 7. We had amazing beach days at the gorgeous private beach across the road. A very short one minute walk. "This place...arrived in room and it was over 100° in the room. I asked the check in clerk if they had a fan and he stated "we don't provide them". I went to a local store to buy a fan, only to be told that it was not "allowed" in the room (apparently the owner watchesnthe camera from his home in Texas and called the on-site manager). The A/C does not keep up with the demand of the room so it was very hot all night. We checked out the following morning. "
