"Place was nice, it is a little ways out of town but there is a grocery store not to far and plenty of restaurants 5-10 mins away by golf cart. Beautiful view for sunrise and in general. The shared pool was great but we were the only ones there for most of our week. Dock was nice for drop off and pick up for water taxi and snorkeling. I would definitely consider staying here if we come back. "

I was asked every day if I needed a ride to the grocery or convenient store. The housekeeping was great and pool was nice! "Overall we enjoyed our stay at this property; everything was very clean - the kitchen, bathrooms, linens, pool. Excellent views of surrounding jungle and great location to explore Mayan ruins and do some cave tubing that wasn’t terribly close, but not a bad drive. It seems like a bit of a stretch to say so many things are within walking distance of this property, as the property sits at the very top of a long steep road. I love to walk, but not once did I venture to walk up that road. Check in...

"We stayed here to enjoy fly fishing & snorkeling and despite the windy conditions making it tough to cast, we were not disappointed. Our son caught the trifecta of saltwater fish (bone fish, permit & tarpon). You can wade & fish the ocean side or even cast from multiple docks along the seawall despite. We highly recommend booking with local fly fishing guides and getting out in boat onto the flats. The Villa was well appointed and decorated and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. "Awesome place easy to get to. We got in latd after delays at airpirt, but arrived and do easy getting into place. Much more thdn we needed gor just the 2 of us. Bezchftont was awesome, lits of pkaces neaf by to wslk yo gor food and groceries Love the traveling duck. Only thing I could add that was needed would of been nuce to have lounge chairs for the beach. Will definitely stay here again."
