"Herbert & Simone were wonderful hosts. They were very helpful throughout my stay and always hag great advice about where to eat, where to get groceries & things to see & do. "First, the good things. Location is beautiful, pool looks great, love the dock and pick up right there for snorkeling trip. The bed is very comfortable, kitchen stocked with necessary cookware, dishes, etc. James was very responsive to all messages and Ms. Flor the property manager was very helpful.Next, what wasn't so great. We live off grid in Belize and are used to conserving electric and water. However, the shower in the apartment was abysmal. The only pressure came with only hot water,...

"Small intimate property with exceptional staff. We booked the over water cabana and were surprised that it was on the cove side of the island so no waves. Also, there isn’t really a beach because they had to put in a wall to stop erosion. "

"The staff was outstanding! From check in, bar & restaurant, housekeeping and grounds workers. Always a smile and a hello. The resort was clean, well maintained and groomed. Beautiful spacious rooms. Rented golf carts right at the hotel and booked a fantastic snorkeling trip directly with the concierge with a company Tuff Enough. Great food and drinks at the resort. Lots of pool space and chairs. A short 15-20 minute golf cart ride to town for shopping and restaurants. "

"The property is right off the main road of the city but goes from the city look to instant jungle paradise feel. Right on the beach. The staff was amazing from check in to check out. The entire city is walkable by street or beach and if you want to venture further you can rent a golf cart and drive. Tons of adventures to be had or just be lazy in the hammock on the beach. Absolutely will be a return destination!!!"
