"The staff at this resort are exceptional..very polite, friendly, attentive, and make you feel that they are pleased to have you there. Areas that need improvement 1. Food: gets cold too quickly if you're not there early. Heat lamps don't work; they end up drying out the food. 2. Signage: It was very difficult to find our way around; long corridors that don't dhow directions to Lobby (for) example. 3. Handicapped: Need wheelchairs for guests with disabilities (ambulation) to use to get to...

"Such a beautiful resort with so many pools. Everyone is kind and helpful. Only negative is you are not allowed to bring any drinks to the pool and the bar was expensive. But we would take a break from the sun and eat in our rooms or across the way. Such a fantastic location in walking distance to the town."

"Great property! Would return, and will return again. Only concern was the lights were off/broken near the steps near the activities booth. At night it is a safety concern. Otherwise, loved the resort and will be a guest again."

"Stayed here many times before new ownership. Love the updates the new ownership has done, don’t love the fact that it is becoming a timeshare or condo type situation. The workers worked very hard however, the resort was very understaffed. One area that has always needed improvement is in the food. I love the location, room was great, and the entertainment at the pool was great. And it’s Mexico, so what’s not to love!"
