"Typical trying to sell you vacation club stuff that all the places do in Mexico. The bar food and lunch options were good. Dinner options were ok but not great. Staff was friendly and helpful. The vendors are a little annoying at the beach area but they are trying to make a living so it is what it is. The property is nice but getting a little dated. Villa Darco next door has much nicer pool and more dinner options. Overall good experience and good people there."

"This is a great property. The staff and the amenities are wonderful. There are two things that hurt this property. 1. The dining is good, not great. More importantly, the prices for the food are completely unreasonable. It is just ridiculous how expensive it is to get even the smallest snack. 2. "There are three pools. Larger one for adults and family, one adults only and smaller one for adults and children. Choices for all."

"Went in January and could see whales from the beach and room. Couple of the restaurants where getting renovated but still plenty of food options available, the ceviche restaurant was amazing and view was even better. The room was clean and turn down service was a nice touch. Everything worked as it should. My wife and i really enjoyed our stay there "

"We very much enjoyed our vacation at the Krystal Grand San Jose Del Cabos and definitely plan to return. We stayed for 2 weeks. While the buffet restaurant food was excellent by the end of our stay we were wishing for a bit more variation. There are 4 other very good restaurants that serve meals à la carte. I understand that the hotel was built in 2017, so is relatively new. We do think the owners should start spending more money on maintenance and repairs as the rooms and furnishings are...
