"I liked the beach access and service on the beach. The pool area is very nice. There was a good variety of food options. I liked the open access to the other resorts the Rosa and the Sunset. Which gave us more food choices and pool options."

"Without any doubt the best All Inclusive I’ve been to and we have been to at least 20 AI over the years. The room, the food , the staff and the entertainment team are six stars not five stars. I’d like to mention Kelly at the front desk, Israel at Casa Cortez, Aurelia at the buffet and many more !!! Fernanda Maria the captain of the dance ( entertainment) team is a superstar !!! "Beautiful location. Gardens were gorgeous. Pools were beautiful. Appreciated the upgrade to a suite. There were a couple issues. A shower door handle was loose, 3-4 of the outdoor jacuzzi jets did not work. Staff very responsive. Room service fast! Need more personnel serving at pool. Restaurants were wonderful. "

"People who work here are great. Area was awesome and beach amazing. Only thing for me was I was put in a room above the tennis court so was very noisy at times. Otherwise patio was great could hear the waves crashing. Would stay again and bring my family."

"Hotel is older but they seem to be working to update it. Shower drain didn't keep up so end of your shower had standing water. Every single hotel staff member that we encountered were extremely friendly and helpful. The location is amazing! We had a marina view with a balcony. I would definitely recommend that over a city view room. The breakfast buffet had wonderful food and had different offerings from day to day. This was our second time at this hotel and i would definitely stay again. "

"The property is located on the beach but also flows up to the cliffs. Very unique layout with main lobby and some rooms at ground level rising 7 floors up the the casitas where we stayed. Easily accessible also. Our only disappointment was that there was not a dedicated Mexican restaurant and breakfast was only available in the Don Diego restaurant but the variety of food there was extremely good. "

"My partner & I stayed here 7 nights in December 2024. We were blown away by how beautiful the resort is and how great the food options were, especially the all inclusive. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and always gave a welcome smile. The resort is laid back with a good mixture of families and couples.
