"A lovely quiet place in a residential neighbourhood with helpful and friendly staff. It was good to be able to come back after a busy day and get a cup of coffee or a drink in the little dining room whenever you felt like it. An easy walk from the nearest bus stop or you can walk to the old town mostly beside the river."

"The room itself is very nice and would recommend for a cheap get away however there is a problem with some people being very loud and a major problem being the larger amount of ants everywhere under the bed and on the countertop, it may be caused by under the bed not being cleaned as it had dust and food bits left under it"

"The property is is a great location being walkable to Musuems Quarter and other attractions in the city. The room itself was a very good size and had plenty of storage space. However we were told it would have a private bathroom which meant a private shower (with a shower curtain that didn't close fully) and sink. The toilet was a shared toilet in the hall. "The response of this hotel staff was really great. When they sent me a map by message and told them that the check-in would be late, they responded with "Don't worry". The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I was worried about my first visit to Vienna, but I had a fulfilling time. Thank you very much."

"I used this hotel for the F1 Austrian Grand Prix. It’s a 16 minute walk from Graz airport and not far from a train station which is 4 stops away from the city’s main station (which is where I took a shuttle bus to the race). The location was convenient and I didn’t need to use any taxis! The customer service at the hotel is very good, the staff are friendly and there is a restaurant in the hotel which serves very good food. Beyond the F1, the hotel was a nice place to relax. I highly recommend...

"Our stay at Villa Alma was remarkable. Sophia was an absolute treasure as the manager of the property. She was there for check in and a tour of the facility, and became our friend during out stay. The entire staff was amazing, helpful, courteous and kind. The food was amazing for breakfast and if we need some food at other times. The access to the lake, and all of the facilities were perfect. Best stay we could have imagined. We would come back again without question."
