"A lovely little hotel. Immaculately clean and super welcoming. Run by a family who were very helpful in every way. Great breakfast every morning. Had a spacious sauna complex with two saunas, steam room, cool down room. Beautifully appointed and clean. Also had a self service bar which you just paid for at the end and prices were very cheap. Hotel has easy access to the ski slope by walking about 150m on the flat. There are a few restaurants on the same level and it’s about 15 minutes walking...

"Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was okay but the bread wasn’t always fresh. The room attendant didn’t always provide clean towels but hung the used ones back up if they weren’t dirty. The room attendant didn’t always provide new toilet rolls even when there were none left. The safe didn’t have instructions in English and after making the reception aware, nothing happened. I found it difficult to get to sleep as the trams ran right outside my bedroom window.
