"We stayed at Mercure Vienna First 8 years ago and chose it for the same reasons again, and we were NOT DISAPPOINTED. We chose the breakfast included and everyday the staff was friendly, at the breakfast buffet, the front hotel staff, and house keeping. We appreciated their conversations about our day, and the hotel is in a great location to shops, restaurants, transportation and easily walkable to all that Vienna has to offer. "Enjoyed the location close to the Museum Quarter. We parked our car in the MQ garage about a 15 minute walk from hotel. It was about a 10 minute walk to the Ringstrasse. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delightful. Room is small and sink was in the room instead of bathroom. Street noise is loud so had to keep windows closed at night. "
