"Prepare to carry your own luggage for 400 meters. This is mentioned in the small print and both the hotel and hotels.com were patently unhelpful when I complained about it. “It’s a beautiful walk from the parking”. Yeah? Why don’t you come and pick up our luggage then? Otherwise the hotel was as advertised. My 4 star review is a testament to a strong back, not to the hotel’s helpfulness "
