"There were 3 adults, 3 children and 3 small dogs in our group. While we were not facing the ocean, we had two sliders to grassy areas for the dogs. We were only one floor from the pool and no drive beach. There was also an elevator right next to our door so very convenient to haul everything to the beach. "We all agreed that 23 Riverhouse is the nicest VRBO we’ve ever stayed in. John is a wonderful host, warm and welcoming. The house is lovely, but not stuffy or formal. The kitchen was well-stocked, and there were bicycles and a kayak in the garage (which we were too lazy to use). The setting could not be more beautiful and peaceful. We spent most of our time sitting on the dock, enjoying the views, the wildlife and the perfect weather. We saw bottleneck dolphins! Would love to come back next...
