Room was not clean. Floor was dirty, hair on the beds, room smelled like stinky feet made room feel even more dirty it was a smell you could not avoid any where in the room. The only nice thing was the view of the beach and we enjoyed it for like 30 mins.

After reading some reviews, i was kinda worried and skeptical about my stay here. but after spending some time there, I only had some certain downsides to the visit, the parking was definitely packed on a Friday, but still available for my car at 11 at night. The food was okay, not the best but still widely available with biscuits, cereal, waffles which you can never go wrong with. I especially loved the location due to area, next to the beach, but definitely on a breezy day, everything’s cold, even the pool. It was next to many restaurants and everything was close by. I wouldn’t mind coming back, especially for the price.

They have the wrong floor down . It sweats and you have to keep on shoes. The room has big roaches walking around and the toilet was loose and flop every time you would sit down. Great area . The floors need to be fixed ASAP before someone fall and sue

Only thing this property has going for them is the location. Otherwise, the rooms are dirty, not kept up and just yuck. When they clean they must not move things and clean, we found a cockroach under the couch when we moved it to let the couch bed out. upon walking into the room, the balcony door wasn't even shut all the way. Linens seemed stained as well as having hair all over them. I do not recommend this place.

Our flight came in late and we arrived at hotel at 2 am. The staff waited for us to give us our room keys. From the mo.ent we got there our experience was amazing. Wonderful, loving staff. I am so glad we chose this hotel. Very very clean and very nice rooms. Thank you cant wait to come back.

Very clean, everyone working there was so nice and professional. The rooms were wonderful and such a wonderful view of the water. The pool area was beautiful. Has a nice area for your furbaby.

The only good thing at the hotel was the fact that it’s beach front. We reserved the room for the weekend and it was HOT plus the parking situation was terrible. The AC in our room wasn’t working and we were told that there wasn’t another room to move us to. When I asked for a refund they said we could check out early and a refund would be provided. We checked out and they only provided a partial refund of 3 nights, even though we weren’t able to stay but 1 night because the AC wasn’t working. We only stayed 1 night and they charged for 2!

The reception lady was rude, after we reserved a 3rd floor room she gave us a grnd.floor room telling us that,"our type of room wasnt available ' the toilet didnt flush,the sink only had small trickle of water. Very disappointed with theway staff just treated us.

To many walk off the beach NON paying GUEST ?
My mother said, if I have nothing nice to say, then don't...but I'm making an exception here. To many NON GUEST able to enter the property pool from the beach,after parking their cars and trucks on the beach. Emptying out and brazenly over take the pool and hot tub. Playing extremely loud music, drinking and not controlling their numerous amounts of kids. The front office should have shut the invasion down but did nothing to regain the peaceful atmosphere. I would NEVER stay here again. Not worth the ,$674.90

The hotel was great. We overall had a great night stay. Room was clean and staff was friendly, we were even able to check in early. The pool is kid friendly and even has a mushroom that creates a waterfall. They have rinse off stations outside for after the beach/before entering the pool. We did not have breakfast so I can not comment on that but my overall impression was that it was a great last minute booking for us.

The whole staff that I asked for any thing from. They were all rude. I went up front to ask a question about a couple things that needed to be looked at in the room. As I was talking the girl at the front desk in the evening time just turned around and walked away.
