"C’est une bonne hôtel propre et service super par contre le déjeuner est très ordinaire Lors du checkout Ma fille aavait oublier ses AirPods dans la chambre et quand nous somme retourner 4 hres plus tard la femme de chambre les avait mis de côtés à la réception alors très bon service et très honnête je retournerait n’importe quand Le speedway est très accessible par l’hôtel car elle est situé juste devant c’est magnifique "

"We had a really nice ocean view balcony. Door didnt work when we tried to enter, had to get maintenance to fix. Was still hard to get into room on occasion. Maid couldn't open room so only got to exchange towels & get trash out when we caught up with maid. Last night there had really loud, foul mouthed neighbors. We ended up leaving around 11p.m. after front desk was notified & didnt appear to be doing anything about the noise.So we basically paid for the last night for nothing."

"Staff was super friendly, breakfast was great, rooms and area were well maintained and clean. My daughter forgot a very sentimental stuffed animal and the staff were amazing to work with to get it returned. "

Location was perfect, the hotel itself could be a little cleaner, the rooms came across as a rushed clean, I had some crumbs on the floor, there were two sauce droppings on the couch in my room, and straw wrapper on the floor behind the end table. The hallways should be a lot cleaner since it’s the first thing you see when getting off the elevator. "

"Beds comfortable and water is hot! Staff needs to step it up. Ill stay there again for the bed and hot water. Checking in no large towels put in room and missing a pilow. The more they clean the more black hair is added to towels bedding and floor. Trash wasnt takin out after room refresh. Same extra hair added 3 times i stayed there. Im bald.no long black hair on me. If you look in corners you will find nt vacuuming well in bathroom. "
