"We choose this place because it was literally on the beach. The room ws dirty and in need of some repairs. We had no water either until later in the evening. The staff w very nice and when i expressed my disappointment at the condition of the room she told.me there were.new owners and it was being renovated. She also gave me a discount if we wanted to come.back. the view of the ocean and being able to walk from our room to the water was why we stayed. We will come.back after the renovation."

"Good value. Clean & good free breakfast. Check the Daytona Race Track schedule though. I was there during the 24 hour HSR Classic and it was LOUD. Yes, I could hear the cars racing at midnight even 2 miles away...it was still going at 7:00 am! "

"It is older and in need of updates and repairs but they have been hit several times by storms. The location on the beach; the staff; the 2 pools, and breakfast are all excellent . Cleanliness is average . A bit rough looking but clean bed, pool and breakfast. Free wifi and parking and prompt return of deposits. I would stay again. "

"The service has been very poor lately. I check in last without towels and half a toilet roll probably left over from the last customer. I asked for towels and toilet paper, but it took the following day to supply me with these important items after check in. "
