The first room we were given had a sliding door that would not shut all the way, nor would it latch. In the room we were then given, the water coming from the shower and tub faucet was yellow, and took hours for the tub to fully drain. The bathroom was gross, with caulk peeling away from fixtures and walls. The bathroom door could only be shut by slamming it closed.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. And one of the most expensive I have paid for a standard hotel room. I realize the price was high because of the Rolex 24, but $450 for a hotel with the popcorn ceiling peeling off and black mold on the ceiling and baseboards was ridiculous. This place should be burnt to the ground. Don’t know how they pass health inspection. Also, it smelled like cigar smoke. Don’t stay here. Can’t believe that Wyndham would put Their name on this place.

The first room we checked into had no light, Moved to second room..no glasses in bathroom,no amenities like a coffee machine, Wi-Fi password, info or info about the hotel or area. The heat did not work properly, tub water could not be shut off,,ran continuously.Walls were completely bare of pictures,,room looked and felt like a jail cell. The draperies were improperly hungProperty is dirty and lack of maintenance is evident in all wings. One security door could be opened by shaking it.overall, property felt unsafe. This place should not be recommended by expedia. Wyndham needs to take a serious look at this place.it is certainly not up to Wyndham’s standards. I would like my money refused for tolerating a night in this place. Would love to talk with someone if you take reviews seriously. Ray Merritt. There were people smoking marihuana in hotel and the police were passing by frequently.They gave us a card to enter the room and it didn’t work.That card was changed twice at reception and they weren’t kind enough to help us figure out why the cards didn’t work. We saw insecurity of the hotel and the lack of interest in helping us So we decided to leave.

I should have known when I walked into the lobby and saw torn and stained furniture that this place was not as it appeared in their photos. After walking up a smelly stairwell with stained and torn carpets and down the hall, I passed rooms with dirty sheets piled up on the outsides of each doorway. It was midnight when I checked in so I was tired and hoped the room was better. It wasn’t. The room smelled like cigarettes and mold; the bedding was stained, the balcony door wouldn’t lock or even fully close. Then the bathroom! The shower was blacked on the bottom, cracked and you could see where they poorly attempted to fix the cracks with caulking. However it was the flooring that took the cake, it was full of water. As we stepped around, water seeped from the crack in the laminate and squished around with any real weight put on it. We immediately grabbed our belongings and went back to the lobby where the young man at the front desk did not apologize, indicating to me that he was already aware the rooms were absolute trash, he didn’t even attempt to offer us another room. He cancelled our room and off we went to another hotel. It’s unfortunate and appalling that this place is caring the otherwise respectable name of Wyndham.

Never again. Apparently undergoing renovatons which were incomplete. Bathroom had no towel bars, toilet paper holder and one small soap for two persons, four days; ceiling falling down over tub. Walls were bare except for unpainted patches. Closet door gone but not its hardware. Thermostat dead. No clothes hangers, no drinking glass, no coffee maker. No chair except desk, sofa old and hard, no reading lights, new installation by bed coming away from wall, lights too high to operate from bed. No entry threshold. Bed OK. Weekend staff unresponsive to flooded hallway. Breakfast coffee maker not working properly, stale Danish.

The non-smoking room smells like cigarette smoke. The door knob to the bathroom was missing, mildew in the bathtub, outdated and broken key access to the hallway so anyone can roam around. I did not feel safe. No air conditioning in the hallways. There were alcohol bottles in the stairways.
