This is a beautiful and well maintained ocean front property. I have stayed at this hotel around 8 times in the last 3 years. It is a fantastic, clean, and well maintained option while still offering affordable rates. Staff are exceptional. Only complainant, the coffee and muffins in the morning leave something to be desired. Better quality coffee or breakfast options would be appreciated. During my most recent stay, there was a significant amount of remedial work being done on the balconies. This lead to a considerable amount of noise. Unfortunately, expedia neglected to inform me there was work taking place. The hotel was quick to inform me, on check in. They also offered to refund my money, or move me to a different room in the event the noise was unacceptable. Ultimately, I decided to stay at the property, because I love this hotel. Though, I know others complained of the noise. I don't fault the hotel for the noise. The work needed to be done. Though, I really think expedia should have notified me of the issue in advance of my arrival at the hotel.

The ac doesn’t work in the room. Just the fan. Also there were tiny German cockroaches. The final straw for me was at 9 AM when they started construction and no one told me. The last time I stayed there instead of charging a $20 deposit they charge me $2000.00. They front lady was rude when I called to speak to manager. I will never return to this hotel.
