The ac doesn’t work in the room. Just the fan. Also there were tiny German cockroaches. The final straw for me was at 9 AM when they started construction and no one told me. The last time I stayed there instead of charging a $20 deposit they charge me $2000.00. They front lady was rude when I called to speak to manager. I will never return to this hotel.

I will never return to this hotel!!! It’s disgusting the people are nasty who work there. They all need retraining on customer service. When you ask for a manager they tell you there nothing they can do. Absolute nightmare plus they didn’t tell me that construction started at 9 AM. I asked to upgrade my room to oceanfront it was a problem with the lady she said I got a good rate lol yeah because all the construction and noise at your hotel nobody wants to stay there. Plus the staff so rude they don’t make you feel welcome. Absolute worst experience don’t stay there spend the extra money get a better hotel.

Its right on the ocean. Try booking an ocean view room - floor 4 or higher so your view wont be obscured by anything. We slept with the patio door opened for the sound of the ocean. Awesome experience.
