"The staff were so helpful especially when it came to my daughter’s dietary requirements, with plenty of choice for her. You did not have to wait for the staff to help with anything you needed. The food was of a very high standard with a great selection of restaurants. The location was wonderful with great sea views and very clean throughout. "Although we had a great stay at Mitsis selection Laguna when booking this I booked a bungalow sea view , i felt I was cheated on the room rate because we ended up with a garden view / children play area , and looked nothing like what was advertised on the website . We queried this at reception which we were offered another room but to another garden view so it wasn’t worth the upheaval of our belongings but the receptionist took a contact number if an upgrade became available he would call us....
