"Check in was quick and efficient and the reception staff was very friendly. The property is clean and well set out but the part of town does not appear to have many shops or restaurants. But it is still convenient"

"This trip was our proposal weekend. I was, of course, incredibly nervous about timing everything so that I could propose before we got into our room, especially since I was planning to do it off-site and I knew once we were checked in we would spend the day enjoying the Gaylord's amenities. Fortunately for us, the front desk team were incredible co-conspirators. They helped me coordinate the day, gave us a complimentary upgrade, and sent us a free bottle of champagne and desserts. After I proposed, the team went even further above and beyond my expectations by sending up a card all of them had signed for us. That little gesture means so much to me and my fiancee. We will definitely be back."
