Wonderful hotel located conveniently in the Dallas Fort Worth airport. We got in late -found the hotel quickly and had a great night sleep ,even ordering room service at 1 AM. Beds were comfortable and it was a quick walk to our gate The next morning, couldn’t have been more Pleased with our stay.

Convenient location to terminal D was the only pro. We arrived late and they were overbooked. In place of our reservation for a room with a single king bed, we got a weird conference room that had a full size Murphy bed that folded down out of the wall. They didn't let us know this ahead of time so we were quite surprised when we arrived in our room to find the fold-up bed. The manager on duty offered me a $75 credit and said that was the best she could do-- which left me paying over $300 for a Motel 6 quality room. She said that she'd ensure that her manager follow up with me to resolve which hasn't happened yet, days later. So if you decide to book here for a late arrival, you might want to call ahead to confirm that you will indeed get the room that you reserved.

Beautiful hotel. What a pain in the butt to get to the hotel though. Maybe they should give better instructions or offer a shuttle. Wasn’t a pleasant experience waiting for the airport shuttle when it was 20 degrees outside. Would only stay again if I had too or missed a flight.

Nice & convenient but the pillows suck, they are tiny not even queen size pillows on a king bed. We like having down pillow options, but they were cheap fiber filled pillows.
