When I arrived at the property, I asked to upgrade my room from one bed to two and was told it couldn't be done unless I canceled my reservation and rebooked. In doing so, I would lose the money I already prepaid for the room. I travel with pets and always clean up after them. The property doesn't hold the guest accountable. There was dog feces everywhere. The dishwasher was not working, it only had 3 plates, 2 spoons, and 2 forks; we didn't have several towels and washcloths. Asked for extra blankets and could not provide any. The elevator was dirty and smelled rotten. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Property is off the busy road but close enough to every major restaurant and shopping outlet. The room was clean and spacious. Ask front desk for extra coffee or dishwashing tablets and they’ll give it to you. Everything worked, best bed out of any hotel I’ve been in! Will come again!

This property was simply amazing. We were in town for the Woman Evolve conference and was in a very safe, clean space. The two bedrooms, two bathrooms was perfect. We were from NC so skeptical about booking an air bnb so this gave the perfect home feel. We would recommend again and again. We would also book again. Staff was amazing. Location was very clean and there was nothing to be fearful about.
