"The lady at check-in was very friendly and helpful. We were able to check in early and she got us right in. The day we checked out, we left for an appointment early in the morning and came back at 10:30 a.m. to get our stuff and check out. The key card had already been deactivated and we got locked out of our room. We had to go back downstairs and have the man reactivate our key card. He said they deactivate close to check out.
