"Was a unique experience. No reception. No bar. No Dining Room. No on site parking. Communication was excellent with door code and security keys and mobile number in case of emergencies. The house was very welcoming with a Christmas tree and carols being played and as the house has a "no shoes" policy it would have been more convenient to have a dedicated area for changing footwear rather than the very tiny lobby area. Superb breakfast in the adjacent room, with cereals, fruits, yoghurts and croissants etc to pick in advance. Comfortable bed and nice ensuite. We stayed in the ground floor room (Room 1), which I believe is the smallest double room"
