My reservation was somehow stuck in the computer system and she took the time to help me by letting me settle down in my room first and when my prepaid reservation finally showed up in the hotels computer she let me know so I could complete the check-in process. She is very patient and resourceful and handled the situation very professionally. She deserves a commendation"
