"Nice unit, but a bit difficult without a washer and dryer in the unit and one can easily be put in in the closet of the main bedroom. We asked for more towels and were told they would be coming, but none were delivered. The kitchen was nicely equipped with what we needed and we liked the pool, outdoor patio, and proximity to the pier. Thank you for a lovely stay."

"We really appreciated having two outdoor sitting areas. There was the back patio with very comfortable cushions and an umbrella, and when it rained, we enjoyed the chairs in the front as well. The beach equipment was the best!!! We were so grateful for new chairs, umbrella, and wagon. Access to the perfect beach and pool could not have been easier. Everything was so very convenient...no car necessary...and we love the trolley and the stop...just a few steps from our door. "

"We worked remote for 2 months and had a vacation for the final week. Robert made every effort to handle our few requests with efficiency. Great location- close to beach but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect for us to work but get a break when needed. We brought our own bikes, but we didn’t need to. Great location- hope to be back"

"We will very impressed with this listing. The beach is only a 4 minute walk and it is super close to restaurants and Publix! We didn’t use our cars and loved being able to walk anywhere we needed to go. The pool was amazing for after the beach and the parking situation was amazing. Couldn’t recommend this listing more for a family or girls trip with about 6-7 people. We would 100% stay again and I have also recommended it to family/friends"

"My husband and I stayed here for our Anniversary trip! Cozy was an accurate description for the place, as I felt safe and right at home within minutes. Our unit was a short walk to a beach where we found an abundanceof shells at low tide and a great deal of marine life! The parking for unit was private and the keyless entry was very convenient. We used the buggy to carry things back and forth from the beach and the kitchen had every utensil i needed to cook full meals for us. Short of purchasing...

The owner must have access to the air conditioner temperature. We could not lower the temp below 73 degrees so sleeping was very sweaty and uncomfortable. This morning when we got up to leave, the temperature was set to 78 degrees. The temperature was very uncomfortable. There are no wash clothes in the home, so bring your own. There also...
