Lots of pools and things to do. Not much in line if breakfast. Ate at the Italian Restaurant for breakfast and was very good. Would like to have had more selections. Would have liked s’mores and workout at island grand too not just RumFish. Overall great resort with many enjoyable features.

I will absolutely stay here again. From check-in to check out, the staff and management was so kind and accommodating to the little issues that I had. They made me feel so incredibly special for my birthday evening away from my very busy life. Thank you everyone at the resort, it was exactly what I needed.

We’ve stayed at Tradewinds many times.. this visit was excellent. The majority of the staff go out of the way to make you feel welcome. Our Bellhop was David. He had gone out of his way several times to make our stay better.. the coffee bar in the main lobby has the best coffee I have ever tasted! We went down there every morning and were served by a super friendly staff.. the Italian restaurant served amazing food… best breakfast around! We look forward to our next Tradewinds visit…

This property is dirty, the rooms need a lot of work. The wait staff is rude. Every restaurant on property we waited 2 hours to get food. We waited 30 min to even get a drink of water. The power went out in the entire hotel waking up to a room at 80 degrees no hot water and having to lug all the luggage down 5 flights of stairs in the pitch black darkness using phone flashlights to see. The hotel refused to compensate anything back. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!!

The staff was outstanding. Very friendly and welcoming. The hotel appeared to be in disrepair in many areas. Limitation of places to eat on property. The paddle boats looked in disrepair or old. The pond for the ducks, also allowing you to use the paddle boat, was green and filled with algae. Had not been cleaned in a while. Paid a rather high resort fee, yet not all resort amenities were open. Mini golf looked very nice online, not so much in person. Rooms appeared to be a bit outdated. Not a horrible stay, but we were anxious to leave on our final day.
