They were extremely accommodating. We had a couple issues with our first room, but they were quick to get us an upgrade and worked to get that upgrade at a discount. All the staff were extremely friendly and we would recommend this for future stays.

Staff were very helpful and attentive, house keeping was on top of keeping us with fresh linens and towels daily. Absolutely loved our whole stay. It was a very welcoming family atmosphere. There was entertainment and many activities for the kids to do. The staff was very attentive snd nice. The front desk staff was very nice especially Chris who has worked there since 1993. The waitresses Mimi on the bea h was excellent. Just make sure you are aware of the extra fees that a charged.

Adam, West Hills

Beautiful location on a baby powder white sand beach. Rumfish resort is intimate and quaint while the sister island grand resort has better pools, giant slide and facilities. There were some buildings and restaurants closed due to recovery from recent hurricane damage but what was open was nice and having no crowds there more than made up for it as everything was easy to do with no crowds.
