Due to the hurricane she had to switch our reservation to a different one of her properties the very day that we had to arrive due to some damage and she let us know right away. We ended up being upgraded and she did not charge. The kitchen has all you need to cook a quick meal. The washer and dryer always a great extra. More towels would be only thing that I would add. that i would add."
