"Like access to the restaurant and pool. Been 2 years in a row. Very clean, and staff was great! Both years parade people took over the pool. Unfortunately, rules were not followed in the pool area. "

"This above-the-garage apartment was clean and functional. The host family members, who live in the main house, were lovely and ready to answer all questions. The location is midway between downtown Sarasota and the fun southside neighborhood. I would stay here again."

"We had a fabulous day at Steven’s property. The photographs really don’t do the property justice. Everything was immaculately clean and the property had everything we needed for a stay near the beach. The property is in a very safe area with lots of amenities in close proximity. Steven was super helpful when my account with Vrbo wasn’t working and incredibly patient. Looking forward to visiting sunny Sarasota soon :) "

"This room was comfortable for myself and my two children 9 and 7. The beds were comfortable and new. The sheets didn’t stay on the mattresses very well though. The dresser and nightstand had more than adequate storage space for clothes for a week. Mugs, cups and silverware were available and a large refrigerator. The location was easy to access beaches and stores nearby. The tiki bar is delicious and we tried several food items and they were great. The service was fairly slow whether it was busy...

"The property is within Ramada hotel and it is pretty run down. It was on the second floor no view. We had to keep curtains closed all day for privacy. "

"Property was fine. There were hangers but no rod to hang them on. Also, no real place to hang wet towels. The shower doors do not really keep the water from leaking out and soaking the floor around the toilet. Other than these couple small things, the room was good. WiFi was pretty bad but not anything the owners can do about that."

"This property was exactly as described. Everything needed to enjoy some time at the beach. Easy drive to the beach and very quiet neighborhood added to the relaxation. A slight issue with the lock box upon entering, but a quick response from the owner was appreciated."

"The 1920's Cottage was absolutely a wonderful stay with beautiful gardens and wildlife and very tranquil and very accessible to other places. We enjoyed Lido beach north and Sarasota downtown and took a drive within an hour to Saint Petersburg a very trendy and beautiful city. Our host Nigel was very kind and accommodating."

"My life was placed in danger. What a nightmare!. The host was 4 hrs late picking me up, it was already dark. I was taken by way of a small fishing boat to the vessel I had reserved through your organization and dropped off. It was Pitch black, no electricity, no water, no dingy or way to get back to the island. The windows were all busted out. There were no blankets or anything with which to cover up. It got down to 40° overnight and rained. This was not at all the boat I reserved. Come to find...

"We did not get the boat we book that is shown above, very small boat with no water, no tender boat as promised to get back and forth to the boat. The owner would not respond in a timely manner, unable to get back to the boat for approximately 5 1/2 hours. Comfortable and clean rooms

"Room was extremely clean, smelled nice and was comfortable. Maid service was very good. We were on the second floor and heard noise on the third floor and out in the parking lot, but that couldn't be helped. It would have been nice to have a Continental Breakfast offered. Overall, we were pleasantly satisfied with our room."

"The hotel was absolutely fantastic, The staff are very friendly and happy and nothing is too much trouble. The room we had was lovely very clean with lots of space loved the separate dressing room. Breakfast was very good the doughnuts were absolutely delicious. There is a restaurant & bakery in front of the hotel which was very good too. While we were there was an issue with the pool as it was closed and waiting for a part to fix it, Although it was beyond the hotels control it was an issue for us but they were very accommodating and we were compensated for the trouble. Will definitely be staying again."
