"The house was conveniently 5 minutes off AMI. Easy to get to beaches. The neighborhood is old and a bit run down. But it was quiet and we had no issues with noise or neighbors. The house over all could use a deep clean, a coat of paint and some outdoor furniture upgrades as most lower priced rentals could. However the indoor decor was pleasant and very comfortable. Our kids had fun swimming, playing cornhole and the outdoor pool table got a lot of use. The pool was cleaned twice during our stay...

"This property is absolutely beautiful. Construction is still going on, so noise was a bit of a factor. It was close to the beach. Beautifully decorated but lots of stairs. Makes for a good workout! We will definitely be back!!!"
