"We were in Patong Bay and had to change locations - the staff here were kind, helpful and seemed to be very kind and engaged with one another as well. Bed was great, food was excellent - it's quiet and an easy walk to the beach. Really appreciated the Kwan and our poolside bartender-she was great!!"
