"Love the property. We stayed in one of the renovated pool villas which was nicely done. We could see some parts of the resort needs renovation and updating. Warm and welcoming service. Housekeeping a little inconsistent and can be improved. Restaurant bookings also can be managed better. There could more choices of outlets for lunch and due to CNY, breakfast was a little chaotic, maybe open up one more outlet to accommodate the overflow of guests during breakfast? Beautiful setting and grounds....

"The hotel was great, the staff were lovely and very helpful. Taxi rank opposite was a great help! We preferred the rests shops and nightlife in Kamala which was only a 300bht ride. My only complaint is the beds, they felt damp and are lumpy. "

"The Hilton Garden hotel was lovely and the staff were amazing. The issue was the location. Bang Tao is less a town than an excellent beach with a large westernised gated community and shopping mall development behind it. A good example of this was our 'deluxe garden room' which had a view of a patch of scorched earth where soon another hotel or condo will be built. "Our second stay at this lovely place. Loads of sunbeds so no problem getting one any time of day. Super nice staff in all roles. Great room, fab pool lovely breakfast and great spot on the beach next to our favourite places to eat- the Cubar does the best Thom khai with tofu ever had! Just one thing I didn’t like and it’s nothing to do with the hotel tbh but the poor looking horse on the beach, so thin and ridden so badly even by the owners and then idiots that are way too heavy riding them up...
