"I knew there would be a problem when we first walked in. The man checking us in seemed confused and was acting like we were a bother. Maybe he was confused because there were no other guests. Then he brought us to our room; to say it looked unkept and outdated would be generous. The furniture was chipped, peeling and stained. "Love the property. We stayed in one of the renovated pool villas which was nicely done. We could see some parts of the resort needs renovation and updating. Warm and welcoming service. Housekeeping a little inconsistent and can be improved. Restaurant bookings also can be managed better. There could more choices of outlets for lunch and due to CNY, breakfast was a little chaotic, maybe open up one more outlet to accommodate the overflow of guests during breakfast? Beautiful setting and grounds....
