"Our trip was wonderful except for the noise coming from above us. I assumed they had small children. We tried to bear with it since we were staying for a night only. Finally we made a complaint in the morning because it continued on. It stopped shortly after but the jumping started again. We just dealt with it til check out. It’s not the hotels fault but maybe try to put guest with kids on lower floor. "

"Great value. The front desk was able to accommodate my need to be on the first floor. There isn't an elevator, and I recently had hip surgery, so going up the stairs wasn't an option for me. Great service."
