"We had a wonderful stay at the Quality Inn in Chico. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to leave our car at the hotel for the day after checkout so we could attend a college tour at Chico State—such a thoughtful gesture! While the exterior of the hotel appears dated, both the outdoor areas and the rooms are impressively clean and well-maintained. Our room was spotless and smelled fresh, without any hint of the dampness or cleaning odors that are common in many hotels. The refrigerator/freezer and microwave were clean and allowed up to store our beverages and reheat our leftovers.The blackout shades were fantastic and ensured a restful night’s sleep, and the overall noise level was minimal, which we really appreciated. The complimentary breakfast was another highlight, offering a variety of fresh fruits, yogurts, breads, pastries, and waffles—a great way to start the day. The attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and ensuring a pleasant guest experience truly stood out. Overall, the Quality Inn in Chico exceeded our expectations. From the friendly service to the peaceful and comfortable stay, we give it two enthusiastic thumbs up! It’s a great choice for anyone visiting the area."

"I stayed here with my pets after a surgery I had to have & it was an absolutely wonderful stay. I was mostly bedridden which was fine because the room was spotless, bed was comfortable & I was able to watch Netflix on the TV! Oh and they had amazing complimentary breakfast! Absolutely would stay again!"

"This was our 2nd time staying in this cottage. It is so incredibly cute and cozy. It is spacious and well appointed, and Darcy and Steve are super friendly hosts. The hot tub is top-notch. The doggies, if you get to meet them, are very sweet. The location is also very convenient to downtown and campus. The beauty of Bidwell Park is just a short drive. "
