"I enjoyed my stay at this hotel very much. As usual i found the mattress on the bed too hard and the duvet too heavy and hot. I always carry my own pillows and a spare throw so I was able to lay on the top on the duvet doubled over with my throw over the top which solved both problems. As this is the start of a season, might I suggest the sills between the secondary sliding windows and the opening windows be cleaned. It would give a better impression. " nice comfortable hotel, not aware of a so called cashless policy, when i was in possession of good old cash,and,not knowing the balance of my card. my wife and i had to dine out else where,'' your barman needs further training,came across as surly,could;nt be bothered to call last orders or better still ask customers if they required another drink before closing the bar,,, other than that ok"

"Our stay at Crowne Plaza, was extremely the best experience in all our hotel stays by far. Although we stayed for just a night. It was all sorts of amazing!. We made a request for complimentary service as we stayed for our anniversary and we had the best treat ao a bottle of Wine and extended check out time for free. We definitely coming back to stay longer. "
