Manager (with broken leg) was so helpful - are the breakfast staff were the best team ever - so amazing helpful and so cheerful - never had service like that for a long time - and a big shout out to the very lovely omelet lady. "Stayed here for a gig at the arena. Great location. Comfortable bed, dated room in some aspects e.g. bathroom but powerful shower and very clean. Able to check in early which was handed. Made use of gym facilities. "

"For what we paid for, I would say it is a reasonable price. Beds were clean, although there was a bit of noise on the floor we were on in the early hours of the morning. "

"Great location for world resort arena- 10 minute walk. Also railway station accessible by foot too. Room was spacious and clean (bathroom looked new) Bat area was good. Breakfasts were very good plus could recommend Burgundy Restaurant. Very friendly helpful staff"
