Very bizare for 4 star hotel. Room was cold as it uses standard radiators rather than air con so you cant realy set proper temperarure. "

"Booked for 2 nights, first visit too Birmingham so was excited to see as much as possible. Check in was fine, paid for parking in the Britannia car park. Had to pay a hotel deposit on booking in. Had a superior room on the 15th floor, greeted by a birthday card and small bottle of Prosecco and a couple of chocolates which was a lovely surprise. "The best thing about this hotel is the location in that you are literally across the road from the BP Arena if that is your purpose for visiting! The parking was easy (we used the multi storey which is only £10 for 24hours if you validate your ticket at hotel reception) It is located within the shopping centre but rooms are up high so no noise or disturbance. Everywhere is very clean and rooms are big and have everything you need (although everywhere looks a bit dated it’s not really a problem...
