"Great location with fantastic and warm staff. It's in an extremely touristy and busy area but very near to Rome's highlights for a first trip -- Colosseum, Sistine, etc. Breakfast is great too. I would stay there again. "

"This is a great basic hotel. The room was a good size, clean and looked refurbished with modern fixtures. Our room was a ski chalet theme. There was great communication from the hotel staff with inquiries and they were able to arrange for transport from the cruise port in Civitavecchia and to the airport. The location is great. Walking distance to many of the tourist attractions and close to many cafes and restaurants. It is only a 10 minute walk to the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. The only negative was that our room was not cleaned on our second day which left us over flowing garbage cans for 2 days. However, we would definitely stay here again. "
