"It is nice place to stay, close to Legoland. Safe and a lot of families there. The staff was helpful, my only gripe was the key card. It stopped working 2 times. They nonchalantly told me that I have to keep the keys not near my keys, phone or credit cards? So where? First time I have had this issue. Besides that I would recommend it."

"A bit different from the resort type hotel we usually stay. Nice change of pace, kitchen was wonderful as an alternative to uber eats etc. Staff was professional and friendly. We will certainly consider this in our next ventures"

"Beautifully taken care of motel in the heart of Carlsbad. Gorgeous views from Breakfast dining room and outdoor deck. BREAKFAST WAS VERY hot and had many choices. Parking was safe and secure in individual car ports under the rooms. Easy to walk across the street to beach.Motel pool was crystal clean and warm from what we heard..we did not use it. Next time we will get a room with a balcony. A Great find!"

"Loved the heated pool! Wish they had continental breakfast, the “restaurant” food was hotel food for high price. Also no microwave in the room is another way to sneak in extra costs, making you eat out. "
