"After booking this room we had a message to say they had no family rooms given we were travelling with a family party was not well pleased ! after a lot of phone calls the hotel honoured the booking so thank you Holiday Inn"

"It was fine but the lifts had steps down and you had to step up into room and then as soon as you get in 2 steps down which we where not told about and room dark when we first went in and we could have fallen"

"The hotel was a quiet property which I found enjoyable. It was in walking distance to the British Museum which was a plus. Also, not too far from Fortnum & Masons which is a lovely highlight for any tea lovers visit to London."

Lovely double room

"Lovely room that was very close to Euston Station, restaurants and Camden nightlife Everything you’d expect from the Radisson hotel brand. Super clean, reasonably spacious (for London) with decent shower (good water pressure). Comfortable bed in a quiet room. Easy late night check in with nice staff. Would stay here again. "
