"The staff was fantastic. Front desk staff was very accommodating. They booked us early morning transport and transport to Heathrow for very reasonable prices. Having worked in the hospitality business for over 20 years I can appreciate how hard all of the staff worked for a 5 star stay for my daughter and myself. Train station and subway only two blocks away was a bonus. Room service was also very good. "

"This Raddison Blu is conveniently located and has a good breakfast. It is steps from the British Museum. The Bloomsbury Kitchen has good offerings. We staid in a studio suite and while it was a larger room, the furnishings were tired. The bathroom is large but the shower is small and slippery. The TAS Restaurant which is kitty corner has great Turkish food! "

"Staff was very friendly and helpful especially the lady that checked me in. Wish I caught her name. Room was clean and couldn't fault the cleanliness. Carpet need replacing though and it needs a lick of paint as alot of scuff marks around the skirting. Aircon didn't work and broken which meant room was ridiculously hot."

"It wasnt clear how to lower the air conditioning temperature. Too hot all night long. Loved the ambience of the hotel and discovered that amazing main staircase from the original hotel. It’s hidden away - everyone should see it, it’s a triumph of art and architecture, amazing. All staff friendly and helpful x x x "
