"It was a great base for a couple of days in London for the theatre. Comfy beds, good pillows, nice shower and a good choice, hot and replenished often at breakfast. There was a bit of a queue to get in to breakfast in the morning but nothing too dramatic. The only thing I would say is we only got 3 towels in the room even though there were 4 of us which I thought was a bit odd, I’m sure it would not have been too much trouble if we requested another but we managed with 3 ok.. just maybe request more if needed. The hotel is about 15 mins walk to the nearest tube either Russell Square or King’s Cross so bear in mind if you have little ones that get tired legs. "

"Staff was very friendly and helpful especially the lady that checked me in. Wish I caught her name. Room was clean and couldn't fault the cleanliness. Carpet need replacing though and it needs a lick of paint as alot of scuff marks around the skirting. Aircon didn't work and broken which meant room was ridiculously hot."

"I forgot to check if they have a lift, good thing the lady in reception who received us (24th March) assigned us on ground floor (Room 4). She offered us the room right away as we were with an 18-month-old and we arrived earlier than check-in. It can't be helped but whenever the front door opens during the night, it vibrates through our room. Anyway, the room served its purpose and the receptionists are all very helpful. "
